Library Policy

Membership Policy

  1. Students and teachers of the College are eligible to be memberships.
  2. Staff from Provincial Office, Clergies and Lay Ministers from all 8 Dioceses of CPM is entitled to apply for membership by submitting a passport photo and paying allotted membership fees with the recommendation of their Bishop.
  3. The Congregation of the CPM is entitled to apply for membership by submitting a passport Photo and paying allotted membership fees with the recommendation Diocesan Bishop and Parish Priest.
  4. The Research Students from Partner Seminaries of CPM and HCTC can apply for membership with the special request and recommendation of respective Principals.

 Membership Renewal Policy

Except the students attending HCTC, all members need to renew one month before the Expire Date with all the require documents and fees.


Fines

  1. The fine for Overdue books is (100) kyats per day. Members may extend the loan period as renewal on the due date or before.
  2. The fine for Lost/Damage item(s) is triple of its current price.
  3. The fine for Member Card Lost/Damage is the same as allotted membership fees.
